Employees were extremely friendly and amicable!!!
Had a relaxing stay with Jet 2 Holidays. The room we had was adequate and beautiful with the AC, an even bigger terrace plus a bottle of water.

The apartment itself was lovely and good budget. The staff was very helpful, helpful service at the same time. Its location was peaceful, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Aqualava Waterpark.

The accommodation was amazing located adjacent to the promenade which runs all the way to Playa Blanca centre-about a 40 minute walk or a 5€ taxi ride as well as well maintained-lovely gardens, that's what I was expecting. Location was quiet, a 10-15 minute walk from Atlantic Museum. Also, it was based to play tennis as the tennis court has been franchised.

Convenient location near promenade with good local restaurants closeby. BBC and ITV available on TV. Helpful receptionist. Warm welcome from Glenda. Professional staff promptly resolved minor queries. Quiet location, 20 min walk from town center and near the beach and water park. Friendly and helpful staff, arranged transfers and car hire. Clean apartment with great balcony and kitchen facilities. Nice pool with available sunbeds. Good value bar/supermarket/restaurant onsite.

The apartments were spacious and clean, with a small terrace offering a nice view of the sea. The fully furnished kitchen was convenient for self-catering. the location was quiet and only a short 5-minute walk to the seaside.
the check-in process felt impersonal, and the beds were uncomfortable, causing backaches in the mornings. The kitchen was cramped and lacking a proper oven for self-catering.

We had a wonderful stay at a warm and cosy apartment with a private balcony and a decent view of the sea. The cleaning was done regularly and to a high standard. The location was close to the beach and seafront restaurants, making it convenient for enjoying the coast. The pool was a decent size and there was a refreshment bar available during the day. we would recommend Palmeras Garden for those looking for a relaxing stay outside of town.

Place was amazing and close to Atlantic Museum. Incredible location for the early flight, enjoyed it. What's more, I was just off bars, and Palmeras Gardens. Everything was good, I had lovely stay, see u next time.
